Job Description:

As Global Head of IT, you will be responsible for the strategic leadership and delivery of all IT operations across the organization. This includes infrastructure support services, systems management, information security, and PCI DSS compliance. You will oversee the transformation of the IT function to ensure systems are modern, scalable, and aligned with global operations. Additionally, you will lead the PCI DSS audit and certification process for over 10 offices across Tier 1 & Tier 2 compliance levels.

The successful candidate will have experience managing a small team, as you will oversee an infrastructure team of 3-4 people. Vendor management is essential, as you will handle software licensing and procurement for all IT infrastructure and systems.

An ITIL and/or CISSP qualification would be advantageous. However, strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude are most important.
