Qualifications

• Experience managing global IT infrastructure.
• Strong Microsoft 365 and cloud security knowledge.
• Experience with ITIL / ISO27001.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Co-manage, monitor, support and maintain the global on-premises and cloud infrastructures.
• Lead migration from on-prem to cloud managed environment.
• Develop, manage, and implement infrastructure projects.
• Ensure data security and educate staff on best practices.
• Manage external suppliers and support agencies.
• Document processes, procedures and standards.
• Collaborate with Global IT for initiatives and rollouts.
• Oversee office moves and changes.
• Manage Microsoft 365 environment and Admin centre.
