Job summary

Humanoid in London, UK, is seeking a Global Inventory & Warehouse Manager to lead the company’s inventory governance, warehousing strategy, and material readiness across sites. You will work with regional teams in London, Boston, and Vancouver to ensure consistent, high-quality execution of stock controls and logistics operations.

The role emphasizes establishing global standards, driving KPI-driven governance, and building scalable capabilities to support prototype builds and production

Qualifications

• 10+ years in warehouse, inventory, or supply chain leadership.
• Experience managing inventory accuracy across multiple sites.
• Experience across KSA, North America, and Europe (desirable).
• Strong understanding of inventory control, stock reconciliation, traceability, and optimization.
• Experience in fast-paced, engineering-driven environments or high-growth startups.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Humanoid’s global inventory and warehouse strategy across stock accuracy, storage optimisation, and material flow.
• Establish global standards, SOPs, KPIs, and governance frameworks for warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Define global policies for cycle counting, stock reconciliation, and material traceability.
• Lead the design and optimisation of warehouse layouts, storage systems, and material handling processes.
• Drive global alignment across regional sites to ensure consistent execution and compliance.
• Support scalable capabilities for future production volumes.
