Job summary

Humanoid is seeking a Global Inventory & Warehouse Manager in London to lead inventory governance, warehouse operations strategy, and material readiness for prototypes and production ramp‑ups. You will drive stock accuracy, SOPs, and KPIs across sites in London, Boston, and Vancouver, building a world‑class supply chain for a fast-scaling robotics company.

The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration with regional teams, and a focus on scalable processes and safety in a high‑growth environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of warehouse, inventory, or supply chain leadership experience in manufacturing, robotics, technology, automotive, or aerospace.
• Experience across multiple sites including global operations and regional teams.
• Experience with SAP IM/WM/EWM processes and cycle counting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global inventory and warehouse strategy including stock accuracy and material flow.
• Establish SOPs, KPIs, and governance for warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Lead warehouse layout design and optimize material handling processes.
• Partner with planning and logistics to ensure inventory availability and on-time putaway.
• Coach and develop a small but growing team in the WILP pillar.
