Job summary

Thehumanoid is seeking an experienced Senior Manager – WILP to build and lead our global Warehouse, Inventory, Logistics, and Planning function. This role is critical to our operations in London, Boston, and Vancouver and requires a leader with 10+ years of direct experience in WILP.

You will define the strategy, develop teams, and ensure compliance and efficiency across the supply chain. The position offers competitive equity, 30+ days of time off, and private healthcare.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of direct experience in Warehouse, Inventory, Logistics & Planning.
• Proven experience in establishing or scaling WILP functions.
• Strong understanding of contract law and commercial terms.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the Supply Chain and Logistics strategy for the business.
• Build the operating model and governance for WILP.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of WILP managers.

Skills

Warehouse, Inventory, Logistics & Planning experience

Strong analytical and numerical skills

Negotiation and stakeholder-management skills

Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP S4HANA)

Proficiency in Google Workspace and Slack

Education

Degree in Business or related field

CIPS (MCIPS) Level 5 or equivalent
