Job summary

Personnel Placements is recruiting an Inventory & International Purchasing Assistant to join a dynamic team. You will manage inventory accuracy, coordinate international purchasing and shipments, and work with suppliers, warehouse and sales to ensure stock is ordered, tracked, received and recorded.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Cin7, strong attention to detail and a track record in inventory, purchasing or logistics.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory, purchasing, supply chain, logistics or warehouse administration.
• Hands-on experience with Cin7 inventory management software.
• Experience managing and tracking international orders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory levels and coordinate international purchasing and shipments.
• Work with suppliers, warehouse and sales to ensure stock is ordered, received and recorded.
• Track containers and freight and manage supplier relationships.
