Job summary

Movu Robotics is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth across Northwest Europe and Rest of World markets. You will nurture a qualified pipeline, identify new opportunities and collaborate with sales, marketing and partners to expand our intralogistics solutions.

The role requires 5+ years in international B2B development, English fluency, and willingness to travel. We offer a competitive salary, company car, health insurance, and a dynamic, hands-on work environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in B2B business development within an international environment.
• Basic understanding of warehouse processes and intralogistics solutions.
• Experience developing business opportunities in Northwest Europe and/or global markets.
• Willing to travel internationally.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop business across Northwest Europe and Rest of World markets; support global priorities.
• Help sales teams build a qualified pipeline of at least 10x annual targets.
• Identify, research and qualify new leads before transferring to sales.
• Create opportunities across target industries, markets and customer segments.
• Build relationships with customers, consultants, partners and integrators.
• Maintain market knowledge of trends, challenges and technologies.
• Monitor competitor activity and market positioning.
• Collaborate with sales, customers and partners across cultures/time zones.
• Support marketing campaigns and industry events to generate qualified leads.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and regular pipeline reporting.
