Job summary

Alfred H Knight is seeking an Internal Communications Coordinator to join our Prescot HQ. You will own the end-to-end editorial process of our Global Newsletter, coordinating interviews and content across international divisions to showcase our people and values.

You will collaborate with HR, IT and other groups to translate milestones into engaging multichannel campaigns, including email, intranet and displays, while developing content that supports our global community and brand.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end internal publications.
• Translate operational updates into engaging employee communications.
• Deliver multi-channel campaigns across email, intranet and screens.
• Strong English copywriting, proofreading and editing standards.
• Consultative mindset with stakeholder collaboration.
• Chair comms meetings and manage editorial deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of our internal publication, including theme scoping and storytelling.
• Collaborate with HR, Health & Safety, Learning & Development and IT to translate changes into campaigns.
• Design and distribute targeted email campaigns with audience segmentation across channels.
• Maintain content across intranet, digital signage and physical hubs.
• Work with senior leaders across continents to align communications strategy.
• Balance long-term editorial cycles with rapid operational updates.
