Job summary
Alfred H Knight is recruiting an Internal Communications Coordinator to join the Marketing & Communications team at our global headquarters in Prescot. You will own high-impact internal communications projects across international divisions, from concept through to delivery, working with HR, Health & Safety, L&D, and IT to drive engagement.
You’ll lead storytelling for the quarterly Global Newsletter, design multi-channel campaigns, and maintain content across intranet and digital
Qualifications
- Storytelling and publication ownership from concept to delivery.
- Consultative approach with central Group functions to translate updates into employee comms.
- Experience building structured email campaigns for multi-channel rollouts (intranet, digital screens, noticeboards).
- Proficiency with Canva for digital/print collateral.
- Fluent copywriting, proofreading, and editing with strong grammar and brand consistency.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end publication projects and international storytelling.
- Collaborate with HR, Health & Safety, L&D, and IT to translate changes into engaging campaigns.
- Design and distribute targeted email campaigns with audience segmentation.
- Maintain content across intranet, digital signage, and physical hubs.
- Develop and deliver multi-channel comms that support global initiatives.
