Job summary

Inizio Ignite is seeking an Internal Communications Lead to drive our internal communications strategy and cadence across Ignite businesses, functions, and leadership. You will partner with the Ignite Management Team and the Inizio Internal Communications group to craft clear, timely messaging that aligns with our priorities and facilitates engagement across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in internal or corporate communications within a complex organisation.
• Experience developing communications plans for strategic initiatives and organisational change.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across audiences, formats, and channels.
• Experience drafting executive-level communications and leadership materials.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationships with senior leaders across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Ignite's internal communications approach and establish a coordinated rhythm across functions and leadership teams.
• Standardise internal comms processes and platforms for consistency and effectiveness across the business.
• Coordinate executive communications for the Global President and Ignite Management Team, including Town Halls and briefings.
• Develop comms plans for major programmes and priorities with HR and other teams.
• Interface with the central Inizio Internal Communications team to cascade messages and amplify Ignite messaging.
