Job summary

You will develop engaging comms, support senior leaders, manage events like Town Halls, and guide functional teams while operating in a global, matrixed environment with hybrid working.

Qualifications

• We are looking for a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with significant internal engagement experience in a communications function.
• Experience in a highly matrixed, international organisation is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Creating comms plans that are engaging, creative and impactful.
• Delivering organisational change comms plans to support senior leaders as necessary.
• Ensuring global comms on company-wide topics are amplified appropriately within functions.
• Helping to deliver support for live events such as Town Halls.
• Supporting comms on company initiatives owned by the function, collaborating with CGA colleagues.
• Guiding functional teams on appropriate communications and minimising ‘noise’ across the company.
• Needing to deputise for senior heads when required and lead delivery of some initiatives.
