GSK in Greater London is seeking an Enterprise Global Internal Content Manager to develop and deliver engaging internal content plans and campaigns aligned to priorities for global employees. You will write emails and articles, create digital assets, videos, and manage meetings and events, using insights and AI to measure impact, selecting channels for maximum reach.
The role reports to the Head of Global Enterprise Internal Communications and requires strong writing and stakeholder engagement

As Enterprise Global Internal Content Manager, you will be accountable for developing and delivering engaging and focused internal content plans and campaigns on specific priorities to reach GSK’s global employees, from senior leaders to non-desk based front line employees. This varied role will develop engaging content, aligned to our enterprise editorial calendar, including writing emails and articles, developing creative digital assets, delivering videos and managing meetings and events. You will be responsible using insights and data to target content, selecting the right communications channels and formats to effectively reach our audiences. You should be able to work at pace and have strong writing, content development and organisational skills, as well as high digital fluency.
