Job summary

  • Identify and deploy the optimal channel mix and content formats to reach employees for greatest impact.
  • Use data, insights and AI to measure and improve the impact of global content and campaigns.
  • Partner across CGA to influence, deliver impact and support local targeting and adoption.
  • Occasionally manage external agencies for videos, animations and infographics.

As Enterprise Global Internal Content Manager, you will be accountable for developing and delivering engaging and focused internal content plans and campaigns on specific priorities to reach GSK’s global employees, from senior leaders to non-desk based front line employees. This varied role will develop engaging content, aligned to our enterprise editorial calendar, including writing emails and articles, developing creative digital assets, delivering videos and managing meetings and events. You will be responsible using insights and data to target content, selecting the right communications channels and formats to effectively reach our audiences. You should be able to work at pace and have strong writing, content development and organisational skills, as well as high digital fluency.

In this role you will

This role reports to the Head of Global Enterprise Internal Communications and is responsible for:

  • Developing and delivering creative and impactful communications plans on company priorities to inform, motivate and inspire GSK employees.
  • Creating, editing and delivering high-quality content, including email, articles, social media posts, presentations, leader packs, video scripts etc.
  • Identifying and deploying the optimal channel mix and content formats to reach employees where they are, for greatest impact.
  • Using data, insights and AI to measure and continually improve the impact of global content and campaigns recommending and implementing improvements and sharing best practices.
  • Partnering collaboratively across the CGA function to influence, deliver impact and support local targeting and adoption.
  • On occasion, managing external agency support for creating videos, animations, infographics, and other deliverables required to meet business objectives.

Preferred Skills :

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • Communications experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt messages for different geographies and audiences.
  • The ability to assess and prioritise business communications needs, based on their impact and a clear understanding of the role of CGA
  • Familiarity with employee engagement measurement and insight tools.
