Job summary

GSK in Greater London is seeking an Enterprise Global Internal Content Manager to develop and deliver engaging internal content plans and campaigns aligned to priorities for global employees. You will write emails and articles, create digital assets, videos, and manage meetings and events, using insights and AI to measure impact, selecting channels for maximum reach.

The role reports to the Head of Global Enterprise Internal Communications and requires strong writing and stakeholder engagement

Qualifications

• Relevant internal communications experience supporting a complex, international organization.
• Excellent writing and content development skills; translate technical information into clear messages.
• Experience choosing digital channels and tools to achieve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver creative communications plans on company priorities to inform, motivate and inspire GSK employees.
• Create and deliver high-quality content—emails, articles, posts, presentations, leader packs, scripts.
• Identify and deploy the optimal channel mix and content formats to reach employees for greatest impact.
• Use data, insights and AI to measure and improve the impact of global content and campaigns.
• Partner across CGA to influence, deliver impact and support local targeting and adoption.
• Occasionally manage external agencies for videos, animations and infographics.
