Job summary

Havas London is seeking a Global Intelligence & Innovation Manager to drive delivery, adoption and scaling of the network's intelligence and AI agenda. This highly autonomous role sits across strategy, data, creative work and technology, spanning markets and partners.

You will own partnerships, lead global programmes such as Better Science Creates Better Magic, and connect the Creative Intelligence Community to enable teams worldwide. Strong organisation and stakeholder skills are essential.

Qualifications

Strong experience in strategy, intelligence or innovation roles, ideally within a creative agency, consultancy or global marketing environment.
Solid understanding of AI tools and emerging technologies and how they can enhance strategy and creativity.
Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder programmes across markets and functions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management with senior leaders across regions.

Responsibilities

Own and manage key third-party AI and intelligence tool partnerships from evaluation to renewal.
Coordinate adoption and enablement programmes so teams understand when and why to use tools.
Lead the global Better Science Creates Better Magic programme planning and delivery.
Develop community engagement for the Creative Intelligence Community across markets.
Drive adoption of proprietary intelligence capabilities across the network and support pitches.
