Job summary

Havas Creative Network is seeking an Intelligence & Innovation Manager to drive delivery, adoption and scaling of the global Intelligence & Innovation agenda. The role sits across intelligence, innovation, AI, capability-building and network activation, coordinating with strategists, data teams, product teams, external partners and market teams worldwide.

You will own partnerships, lead global programmes like Better Science Creates Better Magic, and enable adoption of proprietary intelligence

Qualifications

• Experience in strategy, intelligence, or related roles ideally within a creative agency, consultancy, technology or global marketing environment.
• Strong understanding of AI tools, intelligence platforms and emerging tech.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder programmes across markets.
• Ability to own projects from brief to delivery and evaluation.
• Strong strategic thinking beyond delivery execution.
• Experience building relationships with external partners or vendors.
• Excellent communication and cross-market collaboration capabilities.
• Curiosity about culture, brands, creativity, intelligence and technology.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage third-party AI and intelligence tool partnerships from evaluation to renewal.
• Coordinate adoption and enablement programmes so teams know when and why to use tools.
• Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of global learning programmes and calendars.
• Grow the Creative Intelligence Community across Havas Creative Network.
• Design and manage global webinar series and community enablement materials.
• Coordinate intelligence workstreams across research, data, culture and other capabilities.
