You will define integration architectures, provide technical leadership and ensure scalable, secure data flows between WorkForce Suite and customer systems.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing enterprise integration architectures.
• Experience with REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, and data flows.
• Ability to document architecture and drift-free designs.
• Strong stakeholder management and onboarding of partners.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end integration architectures for WorkForce Suite implementations.
• Define integration strategies between WorkForce Suite and HR/payroll systems.
• Produce architecture docs, data flow diagrams, and technical designs.
• Lead technical discovery workshops and solution design sessions.
• Mentor Integration Consultants and delivery teams.
• Ensure security, scalability, performance and supportability.
• Manage risks, dependencies and testing readiness.
