Job summary

ADP is seeking an Integrations Architect to lead the design, governance, and delivery of integration solutions across global WorkForce Suite implementations. This role requires deep expertise in APIs, data transformation, and enterprise system integrations.

Hybrid working options are available with 3 days in office and 2 days from home. The successful candidate will guide technical delivery teams, mentor consultants, and ensure scalable, secure data flows between WorkForce Suite and customer

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise system integrations.
• Strong experience with APIs, data transformation, middleware technologies, and system integrations.
• Experience integrating Workforce Management, Payroll, HR, HCM, or related enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, SOAP services, JSON, XML, SFTP, SQL and database technologies.
• Experience creating technical specifications, integration architectures, and solution design documentation.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of time.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end integration architectures for WorkForce Suite implementations.
• Define integration strategies between WorkForce Suite and customer HR, Payroll, and third-party systems.
• Produce architecture documentation, data flow diagrams, interface specifications, and technical design artefacts.
• Ensure integration solutions meet security, scalability, performance, and supportability requirements.
• Function as the technical lead for integration workstreams across multiple projects.
• Provide guidance and oversight to Integration Consultants and delivery teams.
• Lead technical discovery workshops and solution design sessions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable integration solutions and act as trusted advisor.
