Job summary

Trelleborg is seeking an Integration Analyst to deliver secure, scalable data flows supporting global operations. You will architect integrations linking business units, manufacturing systems, and cloud apps, selecting iPaaS or REST-based options and building custom adapters as needed.

Lead tool selection, implement middleware, and ensure security, monitoring, and reliability. First six months on site in Leicester, with potential hybrid work later.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years supporting system integrations in enterprise environments.
• Hands‑on exposure to APIs and modern data exchange formats.
• Familiar with iPaaS, custom API development, middleware, or event‑driven workflows.
• Experience with at least one programming language (Python, C#, Java, or TS/Node.js).

Responsibilities

• Connect enterprise systems platforms and design integrations.
• Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, and queues.
• Evaluate connectors vs. custom solutions balancing cost and security.
• Build middleware and microservices for complex logic.
• Implement error handling, retries, idempotency, and monitoring.
• Create data mappings, transformations, and schema versioning.
• Define API contracts and authentication flows; manage secrets.
• Collaborate with InfoSec, infra and app owners for compliance.
• Instrument integrations with logging, tracing, metrics.
• Document architectures, runbooks, SLAs, and provide production support.
• Other duties as assigned.
