Clarks is seeking a Group Insurance and Risk Manager to own the global insurance programme and renewals. You will collaborate with brokers, insurers and senior stakeholders to ensure coverage, manage claims and drive risk management activities.

Hybrid or remote options are considered, with a focus on protecting the business and enabling informed commercial decisions across a worldwide operation. This is a senior, strategic role within a renowned consumer brand.

Qualificações

• Experience in corporate insurance, insurance management, broking or insurer environment.
• Ability to assess risks and make balanced commercial recommendations.
• Experience working with brokers, insurers and senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Clarks' global insurance programme and annual renewals.
• Develop relationships with brokers and insurers.
• Manage insurance claims from notification to resolution.
• Advise on coverage, policy wording and risk transfer.
• Review programme structure, premiums and excess levels for protection and value.
• Support cyber insurance activity with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain the Group risk register and coordinate quarterly risk reporting.
• Support and test business continuity plans.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, IT and Health & Safety to identify emerging risks.
