Job summary

Xstrahl, Inc. is seeking an Installation and Service Engineer based in the UK with opportunities to travel globally.

You will install, service, and maintain advanced X-ray systems used in cancer treatment and research, engaging with clinicians and researchers across international sites. You will manage installations, perform preventive maintenance, diagnose breakdowns, and support global customers while adhering to the company’s QMS and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Clear and confident communicator able to explain complex technical issues to non-technical audiences.
• Strong written and verbal English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out installations and acceptance testing for medical and life science equipment.
• Provide prompt breakdown diagnosis and repair of systems worldwide.
• Maintain PMI and helpdesk tickets with timely reporting.
• Arrange travel in line with company policy and complete expense documentation.
• Ensure documentation is signed off and submitted per QMS.
