Job summary

Mativ is seeking a Project Leader based in Gilberdyke, United Kingdom, to drive new product and process development. You will manage multiple technical projects, coordinating with manufacturing, quality, commercial and technical teams to deliver innovative solutions aligned with business goals.

Reporting to the R&D Director, you will liaise with customers and suppliers, assess risks, and help strengthen our innovation pipeline while supporting safe, compliant production.

Qualifications

• Science-based degree required.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a technical environment, preferably polymer processing or related manufacturing.
• Experience dealing directly with customers and leading projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple technical projects with strong planning and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with customers and suppliers to resolve product/process issues.
• Ensure documentation meets internal quality standards (ISO9001).
• Propose and evaluate new opportunities to extend the innovation pipeline.
• Provide technical support across the business and training for teams.
