Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking a Technical Infrastructure Program Manager to lead diverse IT infrastructure initiatives across the business.

You will work with stakeholders to deliver value to customers within scope, budget and schedule, coordinating onsite and remote teams across EU and worldwide. You will manage end-to-end project delivery, technical procurement and hardware standards, while driving risk mitigation and continuous improvement across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years in technical infrastructure management or related roles.
• Experience coordinating onsite and remote teams across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage IT infrastructure projects from initiation to close.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define scope, budgets, timelines and resources.
• Provide risk assessment, mitigation plans and escalation paths.
• Own project documentation, hardware standards and procurement as needed.
• Manage change control and communicate impact on scope and timelines.
• Track milestones and health data in the project management tool.
