Job summary

Chromalox, a leader in industrial thermal solutions, is seeking a Business Development Executive to support BD Director across two brands in high-technology sectors. This stepping-stone role focuses on analysis, preparation and coordination in an international, multi-channel environment.

You will develop materials, track pipeline, conduct market research and help shape playbooks and proposals. The position offers exposure to commercial strategy and opportunities to grow into a standalone BD role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or technical-commercial field.
• 1–3 years' sales or BD experience in industrial/technical settings.
• Experience in international/multichannel environments helpful.
• Strong Excel, research and synthesis skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the BD Director with materials and briefings.
• Prepare presentations, briefing notes, and opportunity files.
• Track actions, deadlines, and pipeline progress.
• Consolidate input for committees and reviews.
• Carry out market research and analysis.
