Job summary

Realex Payments seeks an experienced Incident Response Lead to coordinate containment, eradication, and post-incident activities. You will oversee PIRs, document root cause analyses, and drive actions to prevent recurrence, while collaborating with GSOC and risk management teams.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in CS or related field and 2+ years in incident management. Knowledge of Unix/Linux/Windows, SIEM, cloud tech, and ITIL concepts is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• Typically 2+ years of incident management or incident response experience.
• Knowledge of network operations or system administration on Unix, Linux, macOS, or Windows; familiarity with security operations tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate containment, eradication and post-incident activities per the incident response plan.
• Chair Post Incident Reviews (PIR) and document Root Cause Analysis and remedial actions.
• Provide 24x7 on-call incident management support on rotation for critical security incidents.
