Job summary

Experis UK is seeking a highly organized Digital Learning Project Manager in Reading for a hybrid role with 3 days on site. You will lead planning, execution, and delivery of digital learning initiatives within the Digital Learning Development function, partnering with the Head of DLD to scale solutions globally for pharmaceutical learning academies.

The role requires strong project management, instructional design understanding, and experience with LMS platforms and authoring tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education, instructional design or related field.
• Proven experience delivering digital learning projects and programs.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design and adult learning theories.
• Experience with LMS platforms and authoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules and budgets for digital learning initiatives.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and quality standards.
• Coordinate internal resources and external vendors for content creation.
• Provide regular progress updates and performance reporting to stakeholders.
• Apply ADDIE methodology to design and deliver learning solutions.
