Job summary

EOS IT Solutions is seeking a Health, Safety & Environmental Manager to lead HSEQ within the EOS group across EMEA & APAC. You will develop and maintain the HSEQ Management System, ensure compliance with ISO standards, and drive continuous improvement in safety, quality and welfare.

The role reports to the Director of Global Warehousing and requires 4–5 years in a similar role, NEBOSH General Certificate, driving licence, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-5 years’ experience within a similar role.
• NEBOSH General Certificate (essential) or Diploma (desired).
• IOSH membership desirable but not essential.
• Experience with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 standards.
• Experience formulating and revising H&S policies and procedures.
• Ability to travel with a full driving licence and work across multi-site international operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an effective HSEQ Management System aligned with ISO standards.
• Monitor policies and procedures, implementing protective measures as required by law and clients.
• Promote and implement Health & Safety standards across group sites with department managers.
• Develop and deliver a training programme on health and safety for all employees.
• Prepare RAMS and COSHH assessments and communicate across the business.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, near misses and follow up actions.
• Audit, measure, and report HSEQ performance via inspections and checks.
• Chair Health & Safety committee meetings and track action points to deadlines.
• Act as contact for accreditation bodies and enforcement agencies to ensure compliance.
• Stay updated on relevant health, safety, and welfare legislation and communicate changes.
