FTSE 100 energy group seeks an experienced Group Health, Safety and Environment Audit Manager to design and execute risk-based audit strategies. You will lead global audits, ensure ISO compliance, and turn audit data into actionable insights for executive leadership.

The role is remote within the UK with up to 25% travel, offering strategic enterprise influence and significant mobility across the organisation. Strong auditing credentials and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• HSE audit programmes aligned with ISO 45001/ISO 14001.
• NEBOSH Diploma and CMIOSH or working towards CMIOSH.
• Lead Auditor qualification required or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage group-wide HSE audit programmes.
• Produce board-level audit reports with clear actions.
• Track corrective actions to closure across international sites.
• Lead multi-site audits in diverse industrial environments.
• Influence senior leadership and coach audit teams.
