Our client is seeking an ambitious, motivated Global HR Partner who is passionate about working within Product & Tech

You will have experience working for a large matrix business in Technology.

The Role

This is a great opportunity to partner closely with leaders and key stakeholders, providing coaching and advisory services focused on performance to enable a high-performance culture. You will coach leaders across various people matters to foster high levels of employee engagement, performance, and business results. Additionally, you will advise and guide people leaders and employees, supporting managers in identifying learning gaps and opportunities.

Skills/Knowledge Required

• You should have solid HRBP experience in tech within large global matrix organizations, including experience within SMEs.
• Willing to be hands-on and involved at all levels.
• Motivated with a strong, delivery-focused coaching mindset and client service approach.
• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across the People Team.
• Ability to build strong business partnerships and relationships across various organizational levels.
• Excellent coaching, consulting, influencing, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
