Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an HR ServiceNow Platform Project Lead for a 12-month FTC, located in the EMEA region. You will drive delivery across a multi-year transformation programme, partnering with Global Tower Lead and cross-functional teams to align People processes and systems.

You will manage requirements, testing, UAT, and process improvements to enhance the employee experience using ServiceNow HR Service Delivery and Knowledge Management across global platforms.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with People Systems and Processes including ServiceNow.
• Bachelor's degree in People, IT, or related field with 3–5 years’ experience.
• Experience with functionality design requirements and implementation best practices.
• Experience guiding initiatives and stakeholders through change and process improvement.
• Experience in Process Mapping, Continuous Improvement, Lean, Six Sigma and Solution Design preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and direction to project and people teams for new initiatives across platform including case, portal and knowledge solutions and following through to implementation and Hypercare.
• Ensure full gathering of requirements for enhanced functionality, procedures/protocols, process and workflows, approver levels and decision points.
• Own and manage the development of test scripts and UAT across the programme.
• Review existing processes to identify bottlenecks and propose improvements for world-class employee experience.
