Job summary

CBRE is seeking an HR ServiceNow Platform Functional Project Lead to drive a multi-year transformation across global HR processes and systems. You will coordinate with project streams, regional teams, and enterprise platform groups, delivering case, portal and knowledge solutions with strong governance and stakeholder engagement.

The role focuses on ServiceNow HR Service Delivery, Knowledge Management, and Employee Service Centre, ensuring requirements gathering, testing, and production

Qualifications

• Hands on experience with People Systems and Processes including ServiceNow.
• Bachelor's degree in People, IT, or related field with 3–5 years' experience.
• Experience with functionality design requirements and implementation best practices.
• Experience guiding initiatives and stakeholders through change and process improvement.
• Experience in Process Mapping, Lean, Six Sigma and Solution Design principles preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to project and people teams for new initiatives across the platform from design to implementation and Hypercare.
• Gather requirements for enhanced functionality, procedures, workflows, and approval points.
• Own and manage development of test scripts and UAT across the programme.
• Review and analyze existing processes to identify bottlenecks and improvements for employee experience.
