Job summary

UL Solutions in the United Kingdom seeks an HR Service Delivery Product and Knowledge Lead to own askHR, UL Solutions' global HR portal and primary entry point for HR support. You will define governance for the knowledge ecosystem, drive the HRSD roadmap, and partner with IT to deliver scalable, user-friendly services for more than 15,000 employees, improving efficiency and employee confidence in HR.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
Experience owning or leading a digital product or platform with roadmap accountability.
Experience with HR Service Delivery platforms such as ServiceNow (portal, case management, workflows, knowledge).
Strong writing and content governance skills with a clear employee voice.

Responsibilities

Own the HR service delivery experience end to end for askHR across channels.
Drive the HRSD roadmap with prioritisation balancing experience, capacity, debt and risk.
Serve as the primary business lead for the HRSD platform with IT partnership.
Own platform health, release impact, adoption strategy and value realisation.
Own the askHR digital experience and surface services globally.
Work with stakeholders to ensure delivery aligns with processes and expectations.
Run governance for intake, prioritisation, design and publishing cadence.
Manage digital campaigns to shift towards self-service and efficiency.
