Haleon, a leading consumer health company, seeks a senior leader to own Risk, Compliance and Quality management across RDP and R&D. You will drive compliant organization practices and inspection readiness, and partner with cross-functional teams to embed governance and monitoring across the function.

Responsibilities include setting KPIs, overseeing risk controls, coordinating regulatory monitoring for GVP, GCP, GLP, and supporting QPPV input where required.

Qualifikationen

• Life Science degree required.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in management of Risk, Compliance and Quality in R&D functions (e.g. Clinical, Regulatory, Safety, PV).
• Experience in coordinating risk management programs and governance structures.

Aufgaben

• Risk and Compliance oversight in RDP.
• Establish and maintain risk management structures and KPIs.
• Coordinate risk management forums (e.g., CMO ROC, R&D CRF) and secretariat duties.
• Serve as Center of Excellence contact for Risk and Compliance in RDP/R&D.
• Develop training materials and templates to support risk management.
