Avaloq Group in Edinburgh is seeking a People Process & Shared Services Expert to lead global HR process redesign, governance, and the transition to a new Shared Services model. The role involves cross-country collaboration, process standardization, and enabling automation.

You will work with global and local People teams to simplify ways of working, reduce variation, and define ownership and accountability while supporting a hybrid, flexible work environment across Avaloq offices.

Formación

• Significant experience in HR / People transformation, process excellence, Shared Services or operating-model design.
• Proficient in mapping and redesigning complex end-to-end HR processes.
• Deep understanding of HR service delivery, governance and process ownership.
• Experience with SOPs, RACI matrices, service catalogues and process controls.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation and influencing across countries.
• Experience with HR technology platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage.
• Lean, Six Sigma, BPM or similar process-improvement experience is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the review and redesign of end-to-end People processes across countries and functions.
• Develop frameworks: process maps, SOPs, RACIs, governance, escalation paths.
• Shape the operating model for the Manila Shared Services & Digital Solutions team.
• Identify activities to transition into Shared Services and manage knowledge transfer.
• Drive service levels, KPIs and opportunities for self-service and automation.
• Facilitate workshops with global People teams; present priorities to senior leadership.
