Qualifications

• Experience leading HR operations or shared services teams across locations or in a virtual environment.
• Strong people leadership and coaching capability with regular feedback and development.
• Experience establishing or operating quality assurance approaches and using findings to improve service delivery.
• Sound operational judgement with the ability to prioritise, escalate and decide day-to-day.
• Analytical, service-focused approach using KPIs and root-cause analysis to drive improvements.
• Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills; confident with AI and HR tech.
• Experience using a cloud HR platform such as Workday.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop Global HR Services Advisers and build capability and accountability.
• Plan team capacity, knowledge sharing and cross-skilling across regions.
• Oversee performance against SLAs and KPIs with data to identify trends and risks.
• Own quality assurance, translate errors into coaching and improvements.
• Maintain adherence to HR policies, controls, risk and data protection requirements.
• Champion HR technology and automation to improve quality and efficiency.
