Job summary

RWE Supply & Trading invites penultimate-year students in Business, Psychology, or HR-focused degrees to join a year-long industrial placement at our Swindon UK headquarters.

You will work across Global Talent Attraction and Enabling Services, gaining hands-on experience in HR life cycles, digital HR projects, and process improvement in a dynamic, global energy trading environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with fluent English.
• IT proficiency including the ability to use AI-enabled productivity tools.
• Strong sense of responsibility and proactive problem solving.
• Desire to learn, grow and take accountability.
• Curious approach and ability to work both independently and in a team.
