Job summary

NBC News is seeking a motivated HR Coordinator to join the International HR team. This hands-on role supports payroll, data integrity, onboarding, and freelancer management across multiple countries outside the US.

Based at NBC News locations with some UK travel, you will ensure accurate data, timely payroll inputs, and compliance across the employee lifecycle in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR administration with payroll data entry and reporting.
• Experience with HRIS platforms (SAP preferred) and ATS.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process UK and international payroll changes accurately.
• Maintain HRIS data and generate HR reports.
• Coordinate onboarding and new hire documentation.
• Manage leaver processes and visa/immigration documentation.
• Oversee freelance agreements and freelancer tracking.
• Support HR programmes and cross-functional projects.
