• Provide excellent HR support across CNBC International business and advise on core employee lifecycle activities.
• Partner with HR Director and London/Singapore teams on projects and process improvements.
• Maintain and update HR systems (SAP, MyMobility, Workday, E-days) and HR technology.
• Support payroll changes and benefit administration.
• Guide Hiring Managers through recruitment, onboarding, and background checks.
• Assist in employee relations and documentation, including contracts and amendments.
• Drive learning and development initiatives and HR reporting to leadership.
• Ensure compliant engagement of freelancers and maintain HR files.
