Job summary

VERSANT Media is recruiting an HR Generalist to provide comprehensive HR support across CNBC International. You will partner with HR and business leaders to manage the employee lifecycle, payroll data, and HR systems. The role requires hands-on experience in a large, matrix organisation and a customer-focused mindset.

You will contribute to onboarding, performance management, and HR projects, while ensuring compliant processes and timely guidance to managers and staff across international teams.

Qualifications

• CIPD qualification desirable but not essential.
• Solid experience across HR generalist activities.
• Experience managing employee relations independently.
• Good working knowledge of HR practices in a large matrix org.
• Proven ability to work with SAP and payroll data.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line HR support and partner with leaders on lifecycle matters.
• Maintain HRIS data accuracy and produce HR reports.
• Guide Hiring Managers through recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Coordinate employee background checks and contract amendments.
• Assist with restructures and HR process improvements as needed.
