Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking an experienced HR Business Development (HRBD) professional to lead and coordinate the HR workstream in complex transactions such as acquisitions, divestitures, and outsourcing globally. You will advise senior leaders, shape HR strategies, and ensure seamless people-related solutions across multi-country teams using Workday and HR analytics.

Responsibilities

• Provide input to business cases, risk assessments and HR budgets.
• Influence decision-making by articulating people impacts and mitigation strategies.
• Lead HR deliverables across Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Payroll, ELR, HR Services, Workday across the deal cycle.
• Conduct due diligence and translate client requirements for HR solution integration.
• Ensure HR readiness for client transitions including onboarding and compliance.
• Support leadership alignment and change management to accelerate integration.
