Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking an Associate Director for HR Mergers & Acquisitions to lead HR workstreams across complex transactions globally from Warwick. The role advises business leaders, shapes deal strategy from an HR perspective, and drives integration planning with corporate development, legal, and finance.

You will coordinate multiple HR disciplines (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Payroll, ELR, HR Services, Workday) through LOI, due diligence, and integration.

Qualifications

Proven ability to lead cross-functional and global HR projects.
Experience with HRBD/M&A in a global public company is preferred.
Strong understanding of HR operating models and employment practices.

Responsibilities

Partner with Corporate Development, Legal, and Finance to shape HR deal strategy.
Provide input to business cases, risk assessments, and HR budget planning.
Influence decision-making by articulating people impacts and mitigation strategies.
Lead orchestration of HR deliverables across Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Payroll, ELR, HR Services, Workday.
Conduct due diligence and translate client requirements for HR integration.
Ensure HR readiness for client transitions and post-merger integration.
