Job summary

RGA, a Fortune 200 reinsurer, seeks a Senior HR Compliance & Employee Relations Advisor to provide advanced regional HR compliance and employee relations support across Americas, EMEA, or APAC. You will independently manage complex employee relations matters and investigations, assess risk, and provide clear findings and recommendations.

You will coach managers, advise on policy development, and partner with counsel on regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business admin, law, or related field.
• 8+ years of HR experience including employee relations and investigations.
• Experience interpreting employment laws across multiple jurisdictions.
• Ability to work in a global matrix organization.
• Regionally focused with preferred HR certifications.
• Experience implementing HR policies and compliance programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex employee relations matters from intake to resolution.
• Plan and conduct workplace investigations thoroughly and impartially.
• Coach managers and HR colleagues on employee relations matters.
• Advise on compliance and employment law implications of projects.
• Lead cross-functional projects with global scope and diverse stakeholders.
• Develop, review, implement, and maintain HR policies and guidance.
