The HRBP role at Swift is multifaceted and evolving. You will partner closely with management teams and stakeholders to implement our people strategy and help your client groups achieve their business goals. The role requires a strategic mindset with the ability to influence leadership and employees, support organizational transformation, and handle operational HR needs.

Our HRBP team is represented across the USA, EMEA, and APAC, working with global client groups. This offers opportunities for cross-cultural collaboration and global learning. You may also lead or contribute to global HR initiatives, gaining exposure to Swift’s OneHR Team and stakeholders.

This role involves empowering leaders to drive high-performing teams and improve employee experience through coaching and influence. You will use data to provide insights, support leadership development, and contribute to workforce planning that promotes diversity, inclusion, and sustainability.

Your experience and ideas will help evolve our HRBP model and ensure best-in-class partnership. Strong influencing and coaching skills are essential to help leaders optimize talent and align with strategic goals.

  • At least 4 years of generalist HR experience in global, medium-large companies, including 2+ years in senior HR Business Partnering.
  • Experience supporting organizational transformation and managing sensitive cases.
  • Experience implementing HR programs relevant to business contexts.
  • Knowledge of HR trends, practices, and automation.
  • Understanding of HR in EMEA and unionized environments is a plus.
