Job summary

Quint is seeking a Global Hospitality Manager to support the Director of Global Hospitality as partnerships, programs and Hospitality Service Provider Agreements grow. You will develop service models and operational plans, and help launch hospitality products with hands-on event delivery.

Working with Programs, Event Operations, Event Onboarding, Product and Partner Management, you will turn ideas into executable plans.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in hospitality operations or live event management.
• Experience leading on-site delivery and collaboration on hospitality design.
• Experience in sporting events or live experiences preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field; proficiency with Excel/CRM.

Responsibilities

• Develop service models and operational plans for events and partnerships.
• Lead planning and on-site delivery of hospitality spaces.
• Create SOPs, documentation and training materials.
• Coordinate with Brand, Creative and Ops teams to align guest experience.
• Manage budgets, cost estimates and ROI for concepts.
• Support vendor sourcing and partner development to improve quality and efficiency.
