Job summary

Lancaster University Leipzig is seeking a High School Manager to lead the high school recruitment strategy across Europe, coordinating counsellors and student journeys. The role includes travel to Tier 1 markets, collaboration with global and local teams, and driving enrolment growth for high-value programmes.

The ideal candidate has experience in education recruitment or business development, strong English and German skills, and exceptional public speaking and stakeholder management abilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in education recruitment, student recruitment, admissions, or business development.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build trust with school counsellors and internal partners.
• Confident planning and coordination for daily and longer-term recruitment initiatives.
• Confident in public speaking and presenting to larger audiences.
• Willingness to travel to selected Tier 1 markets for events and visits.
• High level of English proficiency; German proficiency highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the high school strategy; coordinate recruitment and engagement with counsellors across priority markets; travel to key locations for events and school visits; support the global high school team remotely.
• Work with counsellors on student cases and applications; collaborate with SRMs and SRAs in markets of focus; partner with Marketing to create high school collateral.
• Follow up on student leads and contribute to measurable growth through the high school channel.
