Job summary

OA Group is seeking an Export Sales Executive to drive day-to-day operations and strategic growth of the export business from our Enfield office. You will manage existing international healthcare distributor relationships while developing new opportunities to expand the company’s global presence.

You will work with the Management team to strengthen overseas partnerships, participate in international exhibitions, and travel as needed to support export growth across markets and product categories.

Qualifications

• Previous export sales and/or administrative experience, ideally within the healthcare sector.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to adapt to an evolving international trading landscape.
• Understanding of international export processes and regulatory frameworks for medical devices advantageous
• Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to identify new market opportunities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust with international partners
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work collaboratively with management
• Foreign language skills advantageous but not essential

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Management team to support the day-to-day operations and strategic growth of the company's export business.
• Manage and develop relationships with existing international healthcare distributor customers.
• Identify and develop new export sales opportunities to expand the company's international market presence.
• Support the growth of international sales across multiple markets and product categories.
• Maintain strong communication with overseas partners to build and strengthen long-term commercial relationships.
• Support the day-to-day administration of export sales and customer accounts.
• Represent the company at international medical exhibitions and industry events.
• Travel internationally to visit customers and support export growth, in line with the company's export marketing budget.
