Job summary

Itad is a specialist consultancy delivering evidence and insight to improve lives worldwide. As a Consultant in our Human Development team, you will contribute to high-quality evaluation, learning, and advisory projects across our portfolio in global health and education.

You will lead and support monitoring, evaluation, and learning assignments from design to completion, develop trusted client relationships, and help grow our portfolio through proposals and thought leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering monitoring, evaluation, and learning assignments from design through to completion.
• Strong project and client management skills, including budget and commercial oversight.
• The ability to analyse evidence and communicate insights effectively to a range of stakeholders.
• Experience working in the health and/or education sectors, ideally within one or more of our core thematic areas.
• A particular interest or experience in global health security would be highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and manage complex monitoring, evaluation, and learning assignments.
• Develop trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Contribute to business development, proposal writing, and growth opportunities.
• Share learning through publications, conferences, and events.
