Qualifications

• Strategic leadership and oversight experience in global health projects
• Ability to translate donor priorities into program design and implementation
• Strong governance, risk management, and quality assurance mindset
• Experience with multisectoral consortium coordination and capacity building

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic technical leadership for project activities and results framework
• Oversee design, planning, and implementation of technical components (surveillance, IPC, HCID readiness, triage, referral pathways)
• Develop SOPs, guidelines, and training materials; support technical staff
• Coordinate with consortium partners and government counterparts to align contributions
