Job summary

Alfred H Knight is seeking an IT Head of Technology to lead the Technology pillar of our Group IT function at our headquarters in Prescot, Merseyside. This on-site role drives the enterprise roadmap, oversees global solution rollouts, and champions modern engineering, security-by-design, and data governance.

The successful candidate will manage a multidisciplinary team and report to the Group Head of IT, shaping technology strategy across cloud, data, and operations for a worldwide business.

Qualifications

• Senior technology leadership experience across software engineering, infrastructure, and delivery.
• Breadth in enterprise architecture, cloud environments, data, and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead six pillars of the global technology domain and drive enterprise roadmap.
• Oversee complex, global solution rollouts and ensure smooth transition to operations.
• Modernise engineering practices with DevOps, automation, and security-by-design.
