Job summary

Malvern Panalytical is seeking a Head of Customer Service Solutions Product Management to lead the global pricing and service product strategy for aftermarket services. You will drive revenue growth, profitability, price realization and customer value across the global installed base in a highly visible executive role.

You will collaborate with Service, Finance, Commercial Excellence, Product Divisions, Digital, IT, Marketing and regional teams to build scalable pricing frameworks and transform

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Marketing or related field.
• MBA or postgraduate qualification would be advantageous.
• 10+ years in product management, pricing or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global pricing strategy for parts, consumables, service contracts, labour and digital services.
• Lead pricing transformation initiatives, governance and scalable methodologies.
• Drive service contract commercialization and lifecycle management to improve renewals and recurring revenue.
• Grow the global service product portfolio with digital services and subscription models.
• Build analytics capabilities to support data-driven pricing decisions.
• Lead and develop a global pricing, service product management, and analytics team.
