Job summary

Malvern Panalytical is seeking a Head of Customer Service Solutions Product Management to lead the global pricing and service product strategy for its aftermarket service business.

You will drive revenue growth, improve profitability, enhance price realization, and deliver customer value across the global installed base, collaborating with Service, Finance, Commercial Excellence, and regional teams on major transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required or equivalent experience.
• MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification would be advantageous.
• Experience with pricing and service commercialization in B2B environments is essential.
• Strong financial, analytical, and data-driven decision making required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the global pricing strategy for spare parts, consumables, service contracts, labour rates, premium services, and digital offerings.
• Lead pricing transformation initiatives, governance processes, and scalable methodologies.
• Drive service contract commercialization, renewals, and recurring revenue performance.
• Grow the global service product portfolio with digital services, subscriptions, and outcome-based offerings.
• Build pricing analytics capabilities to support data-driven decisions and performance improvements.
• Lead a global team of pricing, service product management, and analytics professionals.
